How do I see my statement?

You can view your monthly credit statements online by signing into your account in the app or through your mobile and desktop browser at member.neofinancial.com. Statements are monthly to the day you opened your credit account.

To view your statement in the app:

1. Sign in to the app
2. Tap on your Credit account
3. Tap the 3 dots at the top right corner of the screen
4. Tap View Statements
5. Select the statement you would like to view

To view your statement online:

1. Sign in to your Neo account at member.neofinancial.com
2. Tap on your Credit account
3. Tap Statements
4. Select the statement you would like to view

Statements are available online and in the app by default. When your monthly credit statement is due, you’ll receive an email with your credit balance and minimum payment amount, as well as when the payment is due. If you prefer to print your statement, sign in to your account and select the option to print. If you require a printed statement to be mailed to you, please contact customer support. (Note: A fee applies for printed statements.)
